Registration

The application requires you to register beforehand. You will have to provide some information about yourself:

Profile picture

The user is free to pick a profile picture for easy recognisability. The user acknowledges that a profile picture is public to other users of the app that know the user’s email address and subsequently add the user as a reviewer in the application.

Publication

No data will be published outside of the application and our cloud environment. Other users of the application that know the email address of the user will be able to see their name and (optional) profile picture. User data might be stored outside of the EU.

Providing Data to Third Parties

Except for the parties mentioned above, we do not under any circumstance provide your personal data to other companies or organisations, unless we are required to do so by law (for example, when the police demands access to personal data in case of a suspected crime). We take security measures to reduce misuse and unauthorised access to personal data. We take the following measures in particular:

We reserve the right to modify this statement. We recommend that you consult this statement on a regular basis, so that you remain informed of any changes.

Inspection and Modification of your data

You can always contact us if you have any questions regarding our privacy policy or wish to review, modify or delete your personal data. You have the following rights (European and Dutch law): Please note that you always make clear who you are, so that we can assure that we do not modify or remove data from the wrong person. Right to be forgotten To make sure any user can enforce their Right To Be Forgotten, the developers have implemented a support email address (support@mentechinnovation.eu). If you want to enforce your Right To Be Forgotten, you can request this via said email. We will only go through on requests sent by the same email address as the one that is linked to the user account.

Complaints

If you think that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For The Netherlands, this is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
